Built from stainless steel and capable of cooking six standard sized pizzas (12/13") at once, the Zanolli Citizen 6 is a single deck pizza oven that's suitable for all locations who are looking to grab a slice of the action.

Gas powered, the Citizen 6 has a stone baking floor which is made from a refractory material. This traditional stone cooking surface ensures that heat is diffused properly, which helps create a perfectly crunchy pizza base - the staple to any authentic Italian pizzeria.

Thanks to this floor, the pizzas can be baked either directly onto the refractory stone or in pans.

There is also a spring mounted door, clear viewing window, internal light and individual temperature controls, which makes this pizza oven very easy to use.
