On the day of delivery get in contact with the manufacturer, supply the serial number, your name and address and any contact details you have to activate your warranty.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse of oven. Please follow detailed instructions on how to carefully cure your oven.

Delivery Information

Typical order processing times for "in stock" items are 1 to 2 business days, made to order items will typically be longer. You will receive an update via email once your order has been dispatched. 


When your order's status is "fulfilled", this means that your parcel has been sent out from our warehouse to the courier for processing and will be on its way to you for the final delivery.

Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. This smaller version of the Bake-King packs a punch, small enough to fit on most counters but efficient enough to produce load after load of perfectly baked jacket potatoes.
