Temperatures of 450-500°C
The extraordinary Delivita wood-fired pizza oven can reach temperatures of up to 500 degrees and is designed to provide consistent high heat levels necessary for cooking pizzas quickly and efficiently, The intense heat results in a shorter cooking time compared to conventional ovens. This helps to achieve a crispy crust while retaining the moisture and flavors of the toppings.

Versatility
Apart from pizzas, the Delivita wood-fired pizza oven can be used for other types of high-heat cooking, such as baking bread, roasting vegetables, or searing meats. The ability to reach high temperatures opens up a wide range of culinary possibilities.
