Fontana Forni Gusto Outdoor Oven

The great Fontana classic that renews itself! The Gusto model was launched two decades ago. We’ve now updated it, but kept the features that earned it a following among cooking fans. The oven has a mix of stainless steel and anthracite painted steel on its exterior.

The cooking chamber has three levels made of stainless steel and refractory plates. It has double ventilation and lighting. It comes with grills, pans, a stainless steel chimney, worktops on the side and front, and tools for the fire.
Equipped with thermometer and timer.

Above all, our innovative dual chambered design on our Gusto directs heat from the fire chamber around the cooking chamber providing consistent and even temperature for optimal cooking. The convection controlled cooking chamber has multiple racks allowing you to cook several dishes at once.

The solid-welded construction uses 2.5 millimeter of 304 & 441 stainless steel reinforced with a 5-millimeter Corten steel panel and heavy-duty Cast iron doors. This provides you with years of durable, rust-free performance.

Furthermore, a full 12 centimeters insulation surrounds the cooking chamber of the Gusto to maximise heat retention and cooking efficiency. This oven is that well insulated that the exterior is safe to the touch while at cooking temperature.

Moreover, the smallest details can make a big difference. Fontana ovens include a stainless steel chimney damper & a sliding cooking chamber damper for maximum heat retention and precise temperature control. We electro-galvanize our metals before powder-coating, providing superb protection against corrosion.
