On the day of delivery get in contact with the manufacturer, supply the serial number, your name and address and any contact details you have to activate your warranty.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse of oven. Please follow detailed instructions on how to carefully cure your oven.

Delivery Information

Typical order processing times for "in stock" items are 1 to 2 business days, made to order items will typically be longer. You will receive an update via email once your order has been dispatched. 


When your order's status is "fulfilled", this means that your parcel has been sent out from our warehouse to the courier for processing and will be on its way to you for the final delivery.

Then, we send you a dispatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order.   • Easy to light, with no bark and less ash produced, they are designed to burn longer and hotter, to achieve delicious outdoor cooking results.

Our Pellets are produced from European fresh cut round wood. The wood is debarked, broken down into wood chips and dried in a rotary drum dryer, before crushing into small pieces and compressing into wood pellets with no binders or fillers added.

Our range of hardwood pellets are available in a variety of species to infuse your food with smoke flavour.
