Product Description 

The Fontana Forni Anthracite Margherita Gas-Hybrid Pizza Oven is a beautifully designed, high quality, and high performance gas fired oven with a large 60×60 cm cooking chamber and is manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade stainless steel. In addition, the Margherita also comes with a wood-holder plate allowing you to cook using a traditional wood fire if you wish, fire tool, 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top, and a cooking chamber door.

The fire floor surface is a high quality refractory chamotte, perfect for food use, while the external surface of the Margherita gas pizza oven is electro-galvan steel with high temperature paint for maximum resistance to heat and the weather elements. Temperature stability and heat retention is achieved by using high performance natural rock wool insulation, so the external surface of the oven does not become too hot.

This easily transportable cart version of the Margherita allows you to make convivial moments even more enjoyable simply just to move to the sunniest part of the garden! Show off your cooking skills to your friends and family and make a mouth watering pizza bursting with flavour!
