Product Description 

Complete with a large viewing window for convenient cooking of all foods, the Fontana Bellagio is available in the version with the stand or without as a countertop version for terraces, balconies or built-in for outdoor kitchens.

The high thickness stainless steel vault allows the oven to reach the high temperatures necessary for cooking of  real wood fired pizzas, in a very short time and with very little wood. The cooking surface is made of 3 cm thick refractory material for the slow and delicate release of the heat as per tradition.

The massive insulation made from ceramic fiber and natural rock wool allow the oven to keep its temperature for a  long time and reduces wood consumption; especially, the insulation at the base of the oven  which allows the built in version to be situated on wooden surfaces or other delicate materials without any risk. The Bellagio version with the trolley, offers a convenient closed compartment for containing wood.
