On the day of delivery get in contact with the manufacturer, supply the serial number, your name and address and any contact details you have to activate your warranty.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage or misuse of oven. Please follow detailed instructions on how to carefully cure your oven.

Typical order processing times for "in stock" items are 1 to 2 business days, made to order items will typically be longer. You will receive an update via email once your order has been dispatched. 


When your order's status is "fulfilled", this means that your parcel has been sent out from our warehouse to the courier for processing and will be on its way to you for the final delivery.

This 2 year warranty covers all stove castings, it does not include consumable items such as glass and door seals. If a stove from any of our brands is purchased from a non recommended dealer only a 12 month warranty will be honoured.
